The team at Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy has extensive experience in the design and delivery of small group exercise classes. Exercise is the corner stone of successful long term solutions for many client complaints and help you Be Active and Stay Active.

Our classes are physiotherapy led small group (max 8 per class) exercise classes. They have been designed to work over a 10 week flexible schedule and are run in our fully equipped gym. We use the latest in cutting edge technology to give you the ultimate exercise experience. 

Participants will have their individualised program on one of the 10 Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy iPad’s that allow them pick up where they left off last class. Each class will have one of our qualified physiotherapists leading each session.

Rehabilitation classes are delivered on a weekly flexible timetable (link to timetable PDF). There are 6 sessions per week that you can choose from, you are able to vary this each week and are not locked in to one timeslot each week.

Each 10 week Rehabilitation class package is valid for 12 weeks. This allows you to miss 2 classes if you schedule or life demands require it.

•           Dynamic Upper Limb Stability - Complete rehabilitation of your neck, shoulder & arm problems
