Brooke graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Sydney in 2003.  Since graduation her career has focused on developing exceptional clinical reasoning and hands on manual skills. This desire has led her to complete her Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy from Griffith University in 2010.

Brooke’s extensive clinical experience has been in both the private practice & elite sporting team setting. Brooke has and is currently working with a varied number of sports at both the elite and recreational level including:

Brooke is committed to providing the latest and most effective evidence based techniques to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients. Her treatment approach is based on a detailed musculoskeletal assessment with exercise as a core component of the rehabilitation process. This process is enhanced with extensive experience in both Real Time Ultrasound and Dual Channel EMG biofeedback.

Brooke is also passionate about furthering the Physiotherapy profession with her work with the Sports Physiotherapy Association in NSW and nationally and has strong links with Sports Medicine Australia.

 

Sam Schneider Samantha Schneider

Samantha graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of Sydney in 1999. Since her graduation her career has focused on finding the answers for her patients and addressing the cause not just the symptoms. She has developed a particular interest in the challenge on ongoing spinal and pelvis pain and has tutored many physiotherapists on effective treatment approaches.

Samantha has worked in a variety of clinical settings including overseas and has been working in private practice for over 15 years. In this time she has focused on developing strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills to assist her to find lasting solutions for her patients.

She has been part of developing physiotherapist delivered exercise classes and has extensive experience in both the delivery of exercise classes to clients and in training other physiotherapists.

In recent years the arrival of three children has added a new interest in assisting in the musculoskeletal management of pregnancy and post natal complaints.

Samantha is committed to providing the latest and most effective evidence based techniques to achieve optimal outcomes for her clients. Her treatment approach is based on a detailed musculoskeletal assessment with exercise as a core component of the rehabilitation process. Anthony Rodier

Anthony is driven to help people find solutions to their health challenges. Using manual therapy techniques, advice and exercise prescription, he helps people solve and overcome musculoskeletal injuries, surgery and movement problems.

Anthony is a registered Physiotherapist with an applied science degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney. He is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Anthony is able to draw on his previous experience in industrial design to think outside the square to solve his clients problems.

Anthonys experience has been gained through a variety of clinical settings including orthopaedic inpatient, neurological rehabilitation and musculoskeletal clinics which provided a significant depth of experience to draw upon to assist his patients.  

Over the years, Anthony has been actively engaged in various sports and has a special interest in back and neck pain and his philosophy in treating patients is modern, holistic and supported by the latest research.

Anthony is committed to providing the latest and most effective evidence based techniques to achieve optimal outcome for his clients. His treatment approach is based on a detailed musculoskeletal assessment with hands on techniques and exercise as a core component of the rehabilitation process.

 

Vee Patel

Physiotherapist

Veeral (or Vee) graduated as a physiotherapist from Western Sydney University in 2015. Vee prides himself on a combination of hands-on therapy and tailored exercise prescription to achieve successful rehabilitation following injuries. Vee recognises that optimal health requires a holistic management plan and is great at dissecting a patient’s clinical presentation to seek the root cause. 

Since his university days, Vee has been heavily involved within many branches of physiotherapy. Vee has worked with elite sporting clubs such as the Western Sydney Wanderers, Hockey NSW, GWS Giants and other national premier league soccer teams. When Vee is not in the clinic, he enjoys meditating, reading or playing basketball, tennis and bouldering. Vee strives to see the sunrise on a weekly basis.

 

Jess Meakins Jess Meakins

 Jess (they/them) graduated as a Physiotherapist from the University of Technology Sydney Masters degree in 2020. Since graduation,  Jess’ passion for delivering quality and accessible health care to minority groups has driven a focus of tailored Musculoskeletal and Pelvic physiotherapy to the LGBTQIA+ community.  Incorporating skills developed from over three years of experience in the fitness industry, Jess has extensive knowledge of rehab and prehab exercise programs to improve recovery and prevent injuries.

Jess will collaborate alongside you to deliver a patient-centred approach to your physiotherapy experience, ensuring your individual needs are met with empathy and understanding. Outside the clinic, Jess spends their time cycling, dancing, surfing and meditating.

 

Ben Jacobs Ben Jacobs

 Ben graduated as a physiotherapist from the University of Sydney in 2018. Since graduating he has worked in clinic, community and aged care settings to develop his expertise, and holistic view of management. Ben discovered his love for physiotherapy whilst rehabilitating various drastic injuries over his years involved with sport. He has played state level tennis, and now has a particular interest in combat sports, namely Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. 

Working and participating in high level sport has led Ben to have a great interest in acute sporting injuries. Due to his history, he is able to greatly empathise and deliver high quality care, in accordance with the latest research.

 

Ross Yeoman Ross Yeoman

Ross is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2018 with a Masters of Nutrition & Dietetics. Focused on working with individuals to help reach their nutrition goals, Ross has experience in a range of clinical nutrition areas including: weight management, weight loss and gain, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, injury recovery and childhood fussy eating. An avid sportsman, Ross is also highly interested in sports nutrition as well as new developments of nutrition and its interaction with the gut.

Passionate about discussing nutrition in the broader community, Ross understands the importance of learning and discussing the nutrition needs of individuals from a diverse range of social and cultural backgrounds. With a comprehensive approach to data collection and evidence-based practice, Ross is able to provide an accurate and effective individualised nutrition plan for his clients.

 

Zena Metcalfe Zena Metcalfe
Remedial Massage Therapist

Zena graduated with a degree from manchester University in Sport and Environmental Studies majoring in Physiology. Zena later went on to study remedial massage and has been practising for over 20 years. A keen cyclist, both mountain and road, she now divides her time between massage and cycle education. Using a combination of techniques to suit individual needs, Zena enjoys working with people specialising in remedial, sports, relaxation and pre-natal massage and takes a holistic, client centred approach to her work.

The team at Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine are thrilled to have a massage therapist of Zena’s quality and experience to enhance the delivery of the client focussed, solution driven service they are so well known for. Zena is available for you to see in conjunction with your physiotherapy programme or as a stand alone service.

Katherine graduated as a Registered Nurse from Sydney University in 1999 and worked at St George Public Hospital in the Intensive Care Unit from 2000 until 2016. During this time she completed her Graduate Certificate in Intensive Care Nursing (2002) and became a Clinical Nurse Educator in 2011. With an interest in primary healthcare, prevention and management procedures, Katherine is very excited to be embarking on a new challenge working with Brooke and her team at Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine in the role of Practice Manager.

Katherine's extensive experience in the delivery of evidenced based, quality healthcare will be an asset to the team at DPP & Sports Medicine as they grow and continue to provide a high quality, client focussed Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine service.

Melissa joins the Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine team in the role of Administrative Assistant.  Melissa has a genuine love of customer service and thrives on ensuring that all of our clients receive a warm welcome and positive experience both when they phone and visit our practices. Melissa's strong corporate background has developed her superior communication and office skills and she is proud to be part of our supportive and dynamic team.

 Tracey has a strong project management and administrative background gained over 10 years as an Event Manager, producing and managing corporate and sports related events, both domestically and internationally. Tracey’s interest in health and fitness, aligns perfectly with DPP&SM’s focus on exercise and patient education as a core component of treatment. She shares our client centred approach and, in her role as Administrative Assistant, she is passionate about supporting our practitioners in providing quality service to all our clients.

Jennifer has extensive customer service experience gained whilst working at Sydney International Airport. Enjoying interaction with people, she strives to assist them with care, respect, and compassion. She joins Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy in the role of Administrative Assistant working closely with Melissa and the Stanmore admin staff, to support the team and ensure that all clients receive a warm welcome.

Marnie joins the Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine team in the role of Administrative Officer at Stanmore. She endeavours to achieve a welcoming, positive customer service experience to all clients and is passionate about learning new skills in this area. Marnie is currently studying Sports and Exercise Management at the University of Technology Sydney with desires to become a future Physiotherapist. Her administrative role within our supportive environment allows her to learn more about the physiotherapy practices and environment.

Marnie’s previous experience allows her to bring efficient and friendly service to the Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine team.

Maggie plays an essential role in the Dynamic Performance Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine team as an administrative assistant. In her role, Maggie uses her strong communication and organisation skills to assist in scheduling, managing documents and being a bright personality for those walking through the clinic doors. Maggie also has a passion for sports being a competitive netball player and aims to pursue this passion when she graduates high school by following a career in health.
